Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
Please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Please note that returns due to a change of mind are accepted, but the product must meet the return conditions stated above. If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
